La prochaine édition du Bluesfest aura lieu du 3 au 13 juillet à Ottawa. Plus de 2 000 artistes se produiront sur les sept scènes de l'événement. Feist, Fergie, Akon, The Tragically Hip, Metric, Stars, Tokyo Police Club, Wyclef Jean, Matthew Good, Primus et Brian Wilson ne sont quelques-uns des invités de ce grand festival.
Martha Wainwright, The Black Crowes, les Breastfeeders, Calexico, Theory Of A Deadman, 3 Days Grace, Sam Roberts Band, Sean Kingston, Plain White T's, Donna Summer, Great Big Sea et Ladytron font aussi partie de l'alignement musical du festival.
Le Bluesfest est le septième plus important festival musical au monde, selon Billboard.
Les billets pour les concerts du Bluesfest seront mis en vente samedi sur le site Internet de l'événement, sur Capitaltickets.ca, dans les magasins Sports Experts, chez Compact Music et au kiosque du centre commercial Rideau d'Ottawa.
Un bracelet non transférable donnant accès à tous les événements coûte 195 $ (125 $ pour les moins de 18 ans). Un passeport transférable est disponible au prix de 200 $.
Il est également possible de se procurer des billets pour une seule journée (32,50 $ à 40$). Des laissez-passer pour des week-ends de quatre jours (120$) et de trois jours (95$) sont aussi offerts.
