Critics Choice Awards: «Inglourious Basterds» et «Nine» dominent les mises en nomination

«Inglourious Basterds» et «Nine» dominent les mises en nominations en vue du quinzième gala des Critics Choice Awards, des prix remis par la Broadcast Film Critics Association.
Les deux films ont reçu dix citations chacun lundi matin. «Inglourious Basterds» et «Nine» s'affronteront notamment dans la catégorie du meilleur film et de la meilleure distribution d'ensemble.
«Avatar» suit de près avec neuf mises en nomination alors que les films «The Hurt Locker» et «Up in the Air» en ont reçu huit chacun.
La Broadcast Film Critics Association est le plus important regroupement de critiques aux Etats-Unis et au Canada. L'Association regroupe des critiques provenant du milieu de la télévision, de la radio et de l'Internet.
Tous ces films s'affronteront dans la catégorie du meilleur film avec «An Education», «Invictus», «Precious», «A Serious Man» et «Up».
La jeune actrice Saoirse Ronan a reçu une double mise en nomination pour sa performance dans le film «The Lovely Bones» dans les catégories «Meilleure actrice» et «Meilleure jeune acteur/actrice».
Dans la catégorie du meilleur acteur la compétition se fera entre Jeff Bridges («Crazy Heart»), George Clooney («Up in the Air»), Colin Firth («A Single Man»), Morgan Freeman («Invictus»), Viggo Mortensen («The Road») et Jeremy Renner («The Hurt Locker»).
Outre Ronan, dans la catégorie de la Meilleure actrice, on retrouve également Emily Blunt («The Young Victoria»), Sandra Bullock («The Blind Side»), Carey Mulligan («An Education»), Gabourey Sidibe («Precious») et Meryl Streep («Julie & Julia»).
Chez les acteurs de soutien, la compétition se fera entre Matt Damon («Invictus»), Woody Harrelson («The Messenger»), Christian McKay («Me and Orson Welles»), Alfred Molina («An Education»), Stanley Tucci, (The Lovely Bones») et Cristoph Waltz («Inglorious Basterds»).
Chez les actrices de soutien, on retrouve Vera Farmiga («Up in the Air»), Anna Kendrick («Up in the Air»), Marion Cotillard («Nine»), Mo'Nique («Precious»), Julianne Moore («A Single Man») et Samantha Morton («The Messenger»).
